 This is with joyride-2000.

 Scrolling performance is terrible. It takes 1.5 seconds for the
 journal to catch up to a simple scroll tab movement.

 The expectation is that scrolling occurs as a natural extention
 of mouse movement. As I move the mouse, the document moves.
 It's not OK to lag.

 This must be especially frustrating to kids with poor mouse skills.
