 I wasn't true about setting "My languages". Any value is also possible to
 edit languages.
 I also try change my browser language preference to something different to
 "cs" for not conflict to....
 But /cs/ language for Scratch keeps its untranlatable status.
 The URL:
 https://dev.laptop.org/translate/cs/scratch/index.html?editing=1
 behaves differently than ../sk/..., .../de/... etc.
 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'split' appears only for language /cs/.
 I try more detailed, on-string edit URLs too. Other languages works, cs
 not.
