 The error mentioned doesn't depend on "User interface laguage" option at
 all.
 Setting it "English" is possible, iterface became english. But czech
 transation bug will be the same, 'cause it depends on other option.
 To really translate czech different option "My languages" MUST to be set
 to "cs".
 /Setting this to different language leads to anonymous, read-only
 searching behaviour./
 Now I probed, that some other languages are also unable to translate
 Scratch: uk,fi,da,ge.
 /I saw the same error message when trying it./
 Most other languages are working ok... but I don't want really translate
 french, hungarian...
 but czech.
