Comment(by cscott):

 The joyride-2203 build is at 298M now.  Yay!  That's our target for 8.2,
 although we'll probably have to keep trimming to maintain the builds at
 this size.

 Is there anything left in #4281 / #5535 to fix?  There's some unfinished
 work in #1286, for example.
