 Open issues:

 - the JS close is not handled by the gtk window (should be handled by
 http://www.xulplanet.com/references/xpcomref/ifaces/nsIWebBrowserChrome.html#method_destroyBrowserWindow)

 - the uploading of images as an attachment does not work (the progress bar
 never completes and the file does not get uploaded)

 - we need to handle cases like target='_blank' and target='blah' - those
 should be handled in the parent window and not in the popup (not sure how
 to differentiate best in the providewindow handler
