 If a journal operation in an activity (ie, "Keep", either explicit or
 implicit during close) fails due to insufficient space, sugar should
 provide a friendly message indiciating that the child might delete some
 stuff from the Journal to free up space (or else synchronize with the
 school server to allow freeing archived space).
