 Thank you, joe. That was very useful.

 Clarification: The tests I reported above (comment 5) were based on the
 original report, where file transfers were performed (thumbnail and full
 time). Though it is certainly useful to perform the tests with other media
 (like a 2 min video) that would change the metrics.

 But if the XOs are still able to fully operate after the failure and there
 is no crash whatsoever and, moreover, the application was able to notify
 the user that the video failed, I would not treat this as a bug (defect).

 In fact, it seems that we are dealing with the limits posed by the
 wireless medium.

 That being said, someone could argue that it is possible to envision a
 better approach to transfer large files between XOs. What is always
 correct (hence unnecessary to point out).

 Note that no application will work over a saturated medium. Either it will
 time out and notify the user or it will wait long enough for the medium to
 be free again. So, what we observed is just expected. We are not deploying
 DTNs.

 I would suggest we close this ticket.
