Comment:

 Let's add a short paragraph to the software section of the "About my XO"
 module.  I'm not the right one to phrase the language, though.  SJ, could
 you pull something together for this? (Or, perhaps you'd like to, Mako?)
 Ideally we'd keep it to 3-4 lines of text, with a link either to a
 document with a complete license or to a website with more information.
