 It's definitely bad practice to allow things like this to arbitrarily
 change.  Users expect consistency, and subconsciously (or not) depend on
 it to make using a system more natural.  Could we at least call sort() or
 something (are they in a dict?) so that there is some persistent ordering
 even if it's not the one I've defined?  It seems pretty silly to have non-
 deterministic behavior.
