 Joe - here's a nice example of the workflow and the developer-provided
 testcases that we're receiving. Could you attempt to test this feature
 according to its description and testcases and then recommend any
 improvements that we should make? As you'll see from the 'keywords', I'd
 like you to test the feature in build joyride-2120. In addition to
 recording your textual results as a comment in this ticket, please change
