 The ActivityHost bits in the shell view are actually useful. It's a
 wrapper for the actual window and so I think it should stay in the view.

 What if the shell keeps a model -> host mapping, instead of just
 referencing the current host? Basically get_current_activity would get the
 current active activity model from the shell and map it to one of the
 ActivityHosts it created.
