 Reading the last few paragraphs of Documentation/usb/persist.txt is a bit
 scary.

 Looking at our stable kernel, we have CONFIG_USB_PERSIST enabled, but
 we're not writing 1 to the file which means the device disappears and then
 reappears. I think bringing in this patch will make that go away. The user
 can shoot him/herself in the foot by replacing it with an identical device
 but I think we just need to explicitly tell people not to remove media
 while suspended.
