 We've been asked by some OLPC community members in #telepathy to support
 datagram tubes for real-time latency-sensitive activities, where expedient
 delivery is substantially more important than reliable transmission, so
 lends itself to using UDP. We can expose datagram-style tubes in the API
 and implement them using direct UDP in  Gabble and Salut. Obviously this
 is doable, but we'd appreciate some indication of how we should prioritise
 this work.
