 Currently the video chat activity just does some random bonghits to
 initiate calls. We should integrate it into the invite infrastructure in
 presence service, so every call (even if it's just 1:1 at the moment)
 works in the same way as an invite to a private activity. Similarly, we
 should be able to start it and then invite people to it as if it was an
 activity. Then we might actually be able to try using it and see how we
 get on with GStreamer and codecs. There's no real reason it shouldn't
 work, and it's a very compelling feature...
