Just something I noted watching my nieces (6 and 8) with XOs over
Christmas: I think invites are too subtle. If the user is doing something
in an activity, or even they're on the "me" view and they've scrolled the
activity bar to the right to reach other activities. It doesn't seem to be
very easy to discover that you've been invited thusly.

The invites should probably be "fixed" to the left hand side of the frame
so they're always visible, so you don't need to scroll left to see them,
and I also think something else should indicate that an invite is
received, although I'm not sure what it should be - blinking LEDs, a
sound, an arrow/notification that always overlays even if the frame is not
 currently visible?
