#6275: if user shutdown in the middle of an olpc-update, the xo will never suspend
again.

 olpc-update creates /etc/ohm/inhibit-suspend and /etc/inhibit-ebook-sleep
(trac #6208) files to prevent suspend from interrupting an update. But if
the user powers down in the middle of an olpc-update (or while olpc-update
is checking the server for an update), those files will be left in /etc
and the XO will never suspend from that point forward.

ohm should export a temporary interface for inhibiting suspend just until
the next reboot -- either files in a tmpfs (/var/run or /var/lib/ohm, but
/var/lib/ohm would have to be explicitly created as a tmpfs) or else a
 dbus interface.
