 3 machines, with build update.1 690, Spanish/Peru

  * Activity tab, Share With, Private, Neighborhood, Keep, Stop

 The clean installed machine shows a period, not a comma to separate the
 digits (see attached screenshot).

 The other two machines were olpc-updated via USB or Internet from build
 689, and they are able to show a comma to separate the digits in Distance.
