 in the current git revision of olpc-2.6 (as of jan 28 2008), the mouse
 driver does not work properly as a normal ps2 mouse. I might be doing
 something wrong, but it worked before (about a month ago)

 behavior is erratic and not usable, it tends to hop to the corners of the
 screen or only work vertically
