 To be more exact, the typical problem that I have is that the circle has
 the smaller fill, yet I cannot browse. I move the laptop a bit higher, and
 the circle remains with the small fill, and now I can connect. So an
 increase of steps would help here, along with an increase of refresh-time
 perhaps to learn when/where did that increase of signal strength happen.
 Now I remember, aren't there some consideration for not having things
 constantly blinking and flashing on the home screen to allow the
 suspending of the laptop be invisible to the user?
 I guess the need should came from kids themselves, as I am not exactly the
 target (which has suddenly had a router antenna loose power recently).
