 To reproduce:

 - launch a sugar-jhbuild instance with PRESENCE_SERVICE_DEBUG=disable-
 gabble so only Salut will be running

 - get hyperactiviy (see #5817)

 - launch "./test-join-wait.py salut 1"

 - a new account is connected but not displayed in the mesh view

 That's weird because the account is logged in PS's log:

 The buddy is properly displayed if we launch sugar-jhbuild *after*
 hyperactivity or using Gabble.

 Could be a sugar UI bug maybe?
