Comment:

 This short-term fix works.  Reopening because the related pootle files,
 including the longer strings (not just categories) should still be in
 Pootle.

 We need a pootle collection for the library-activity (just the category
 strings).

 Then in xo-core we also need to include these content bundles :
   search, biology
   [to be added, once po files exist : xo-start, bundle-archive]

 And in xo-bundled, include :
   icdl (called "books" below)
   [to be added: media, wp, dictionary-m1, wikibooks]

 I would seed it with the 3 po files from
 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Localization/Library
 (and then mark those pages as officially deprecated with links to pootle).
