Comment:

 I'm definitely interested in learning this process, but we keep missing
 each other online, bernie, and I don't want to hold up the spin of a
 "real" update.1 for testing.  Passing this back to you.  We can get
 together and you can show me the ropes for olpc-utils after the time
 pressures have slackened a bit.
