Comment:

 This needs to run *once* from /etc/init.d/olpc-configure iff /home/olpc
 /.olpc-configured exists and is less than the current version plus 1.

 The work needs to be done in the olpc-utils package.  I was wondering if
 phil would like to do this part (and of course I will help if needed).

 Reassign the bug to me if you'd prefer me to do it instead.
