 After successfully downloading a file in Browse, I did not select "OK" or
 "Open" in the web prompt.  Switching to the Home view and the Journal and
 back, on returning to Browse ~5 minutes later I tried to close that dialog
 without success.  The browser seemed otherwise responsive; closing it
 altogether worked.

 I was not able to reproduce, but Chih-yu and I both observed this the
 first time.
