 Right now the webserver on pedal and crank properly set the mimetype for
 ".xo" files to be application/vnd.olpc-sugar .  In the short-term, they
 should also set the mimetype for ".xol" to be application/vnd.olpc-content
 .

 In the lnger term, we should fix the larger issue that others should not
 have to hack the mimetypes on their servers to enable downloads of our
 bundles to be recognized by the laptop.  (If we are simply carrying out
 this kind of "Check the file extension" hack, we can just as well do it on
 download within sugar as on the host server; if we want to do a more
 nuanced check of actual filetype again it can be done in sugar and
 shouldn't depend on the server's declaration)
