#6000: Browse's 'download completed' should auto-dismiss after sometime

Currently, when Browse finishes a download, it anounces that in a dialog
on which you can choose 'open' and 'ok'. I think it would be best to make
it auto-dismiss like when a download starts. Personally, I've had many
times where I noticed it having finished, continued my web-browsing and
then noticed it did not go away. I think a transient notification would
provide enough time to inform the user, and give him the chance to open
(or show in journal) that file, without the need to be dismissed to go
 away.
