 This is inherent to our distinction between "suspend" and "sleep" modes
 being made in userspace.  For update.2, I hope to have the EC learn about
 sleep mode, and not wake the machine up at all for wireless traffic or
 keypresses.

 This bug would also be worked-around by there being a way to turn off the
 wireless in sleep mode (#3355), since that's what's waking us up.
