 To reproduce:
 1. With battery removed and AC connected, shutdown.
 2. Power on.
 3. Move pointer to battery icon.
 4. Note that battery icon is an outline, indicating battery absent.
 5. Note that popup window says in error "Battery fully charged".
 6. Expect popup window to say "Battery not present" or similar.
