 We should have a tool that simulates having many laptops collaboration
 with each other, so that we can catch scalability problems more easily.

 I imagine the tool will open a number of Telepathy connections, either
 using Salut or Gabble. It will then have each connection create/join/leave
 activities at random, and open/use tubes within those activities at
 random.

 The weakness I can see with such a simulation are that the network load
 will be unlike that generated by a number of real active laptops, but I
 think it should catch enough types of problem to be useful. We could also
 consider a distributed test tool.
