 Yes, exactly.  On "cold start", the cursor would jump to the lower right
 corner whenever the trackpad was touched.  Warming up the pad makes it go
 away.  Cooling the pad seems to randomly change the screen edge location
 the cursor jumps to, and makes the cursor motion more jittery.
