#6602: OFW Q2D13 will not recognize Lexar SD->USB adapter
---------------------------------+------------------------------------------

     Type: defect | Status: new
Priority: normal | Milestone: Never Assigned

---------------------------------+------------------------------------------
When I plug a 4GB Lexar SD card into the USB adapter that is bundled with
it, the OFW will not recognize it as a USB device, but instead throws out
a message "Failed to set device address: n" when I do a "p2"; no new USB
devices are listed. If the same USB adapter is inserted after the XO is
booted up, the file system on the card automounts in /media just fine.

The device specifics from the label on the adapter:
"USB 2.0 SDHC Reader Model No. RW047-7000 Rev A"

It doesn't seem to matter what kind of SD card is plugged in, it failed in
the same way with a 2GB PNY SD card inserted.
The SD card IS recognized by the OFW when inserted directly into the SD
 slot.
