#6601: RSS (PenguinTV) fails to work with wired interface

At home I don't have wireless. My G1G1 uses an USB-ethernet adapter
connected to my local LAN, which in turn is connected to the internet
through a proxy. Whenever at home I try to use the RSS Activity, it
ultimately tells me "No Feed In Page" and "You will need to find the RSS
feed link in the web page yourself."

If I try RSS from my XO in a commercial establishment which provides a
 wireless access point, RSS works.

[By the way, if I fail to click OK on the warning window, this "No Feed in
Page" window keeps being shown on my screen, on top of whatever view
(e.g., Neighborhood) I have selected. Likewise, the "Subscribe to Feed"
window keeps being shown though I switch to any other view -- I need to be
in the RSS view to allow "Subscribe to Feed" to close.]
