#6600: USB enumeration fails on warm reboots of active antenna

 After a warm reboot, the active antenna will fail USB enumeration.
 The same failure can be triggered by reloading the ehci_hcd module:

 # rmmod ehci_hcd; modprobe ehci_hcd
 usb 1-4: can't set config #1, error -110
 }}}

 JTAG debugging reveals that the device fails to initialize endpoint 2.
 Note that this does not happen on xo's because the wireless device is
 always reset.
