Comment:

 I guess Eben needs to be kept in the loop regarding all this.

 I would suggest to not having an activity for managing keys unless we
 consider "managing keys" as an important "thing to do" from the user point
 of view.

 What about putting this logic in the journal, sugar shell or control
 panel?
