 Build update-1.rc2 (691), MP machine, Q2D13.

 The record activity can take photos, record audio, or take videos with
 sound.  It does not power down the parts of the laptop that it isn't
 using, though.  This both reduces battery life, and causes the LEDs to
 notify the user that they are being listened to (or watched) when it's not
 actually true.
