Comment:

 Can you please explain what this is supposed to do?  0xdb is not on
 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Ec_specification#Old_Port_6c_Command_Protocol .
 "Turn on indexed IO after eboot"?  What should trigger this?  When should
 it be run (surely we don't want to turn on indexed IO after _every_
 reboot?)

 Also, I wasn't aware that we were still using 0x66 commands; the kernel
 communicates w/ the EC via 0x6c an 0x68.  Should this be a 0x6c command
 instead?  Richard?
