 Just to be clear, both home views (list and favourites) failed to display
 any of the installed activities. A reboot or a sugar restart resolved the
 issue. Bonus observation, on 2 SW update run throughs from a fresh
 install, EToys failed to install first time through and shows up on he 2nd
 SW update refresh (and then correctly installs on the 2nd attempt).
