 Steps to repeat:

 1. Plug a rechargable device such as an iPhone into a USB port.
 2. Boot into OFW.
 3. Observe that the device does not begin charging.
 4. Boot into Linux.
 5. Observe that the device begins charging once the kernel ehci_hcd driver
 detects it.

 This is obviously not blocking anything, but would be nice to have fixed.
 I would like to write an OFW-based battery charging station, but this is
 preventing me from doing so.
