 in case of Qemu, alsa-rate guessing is failed
 that could potentially beat(?) non-XO installations

 I think snd_pcm_hw_params_set_rate_near fits better than
 snd_pcm_hw_params_test_rate/snd_pcm_hw_params_set_rate
