 Same result when using build with latest hulahop.  I presume that here it
 is the needed rainbow that is not present.

 This raises the question -- what good is it to release a new version of an
 XO Activity when there are no XO builds to run it?

 I'm looking at this from a *user's* perspective -- I am still unable to
 run Browse-96, whether my ticketing that fact is valid or not.
