 The version at that URL (2008-05-19 595kB) seems way better than the
 2007-11-02 2.1MB sugar-handbook.pdf that ships with the software in
 /usr/share/activities/bundle-archive/ !  Not only does it fix the margin
 and blank pages, but it's smaller while having extra chapters 4-7.  It
 works fine in Read on 8.2-757.

 In the absence of the re-generated docbook HTML I see no reason not to
 update sugar-handbook.pdf.  Should I file a separate bug?
