 The issues encountered in 711 are best described by #7415, and not the
 original problem of this ticket.  Anyway, this is not hard at all to
 reproduce.  Simply install 711 or 756 on a laptop, connect to an access
 point, then restart the laptop.

 If NetworkManager selects an AP with an entry in the
 /home/olpc/.sugar/default/nm/networks.cfg upon boot, it duplicates it in
 the neighborhood view.  Additional entries are not duplicated, even if
 found (this is not directly correlated with being badged with a star in
 756).
