 The laptop will not suspend again when one opens the lid and closes it
 again right away again.

 I do not think that this is a bad issue really. It seems to just miss the
 close event if it happens during the wake up routine. So the timeframe to
 reproduce this issue is quite small.

 (Assigning to OHM, as I guess that an explicit check for the lid status
 after the wakeup is needed to fix this issue.)
