Comment:

 I don't think this is pertinent any more. Cerebro is designed to provide a
 data transfer mechanism as well as presence distribution, so using Cerebro
 presence with Salut data transfer (Clique) is at best somewhat odd. At any
 rate, we have a Cerebro-based connection manager (Synapse) that is making
 good progress.

 This internal presence abstraction might be useful for other things (like
 adding tests), but we're not pursuing the Salut-on-Cerebro approach right
 now.
