 My idea is that updates for these activities would only happen through
 customization keys. There could also be instructions for manual install
 (copy-from-journal and unzip, from the terminal) for advanced users who
 are not covered by some countrywide infrastructure (ie, for G1G1).

 I think the final call on this is not mine, though.
