 Reproducible.  Go into Pootle, select "Show Editing Functions". This shows
 a link to the PO file.  In IE7 you can right-click > "Save Target As".
 Doing this gives an error.  "Internet Explorer cannot download caclulate-
 activity.po from dev.laptop.org. The file could not be written to cache".
 when it shows that error, there is a standard Windows File Download pop-up
 in the background with flying papers that goes away when you click OK on
 the error pop-up.

 This error is NOT reproducible on http://beta.locamotion.org/ which may
 suggest that this is an IE7 and SSL issue.  Unless you change from https
 to http, there may be nothing you can do.

 Workaround for IE7 users:  Click on the PO file link to view the text of
 the file.  Select Page > Save As, save as text file, rename from .txt to
 .po
