Apologies. I think I misunderstood. A minor point. This ticket is about
the arrow keys on the rotate button, which are fixed in the same
orientation as the screen no matter which orientation the screen is in.
The problem is the arrows point the wrong direction. I don't think the
ticket is about the physical rotation of the screen wrt GUI rotation.
