Comment:

 Wait, this doesn't make sense.  We wait a minute since the last X input
 event before even testing for idleness; Firefox would have had to have
 taken longer than a minute to launch, unless something crazy is happening.

 I'm going to assign this to myself to try and reproduce.  There shouldn't
 be a need for a separate inhibit if the input idleness is doing its job
 properly.
