 In mockup http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Designs/Journal#06 , the typical
 toolbar for searching and sorting entries disappears to give space for a
 contextual toolbar for the selected entries. This is not the greatest
 idea, because after you have selected one entry, you may want to use the
 main toolbar to find other entries.

 I suggest following the plan in other activities, the new contextual
 toolbar appears bellow the main one.
