 You should checkout how Record allows the user to add description and tags
 to photos/videos. It shows a small folded corner on top of the image,
 which when clicked replaces the image with a detailed view similar to
 Journals.

 Not only could this method of describing/tagging activities be generalized
 to all activities, but could provide inspiration for that small icon we
 want to represent "Detailed View" in the entries view of the Journal.
